Jack Langenberg is a co-founder and principal at Sapient Capital Group LLC where he helps high net worth individuals, busy professionals and family offices acquire income producing, multifamily properties in the landlord and business-friendly State of Texas. He is also an author, speaker and serves on corporate boards.
Jack has extensive experience identifying investment properties, performing operational and financial due diligence, negotiating terms with sellers and lenders, raising capital, and actively managing acquired assets. He has acquired over 4,500 units across 20 multifamily projects ranging from deep value adds to new construction.
His earlier career included executive roles in the healthcare, staffing, and service industries where he served as chief financial officer and chief operating officer of several companies. He has held finance and operations roles in the following global brands: Curative, Novation, Convergent, Kelly Services, Delphi, General Motors, and Price Waterhouse.
